The MJAPI server has been restarted and tested. The 3-player model 3p-alpha-2 has been added. The mjai event and action formats of 3-player model are a little different from those of 4-player ones, mainly: the player_id must be between 0 and 2 (inclusive), scores and tehais in start_kyoku events must have length 3, and the type of kita events or actions is kita.
